U.S.S. Baker NCC-4701 (FASA)

The Federation Starship Baker was the prototype vessel of the Baker class[1][2] and had a unique development history. Originally intended as a research cruiser, the Baker was redesignated a destroyer and underwent significant design changes before it was commissioned on Reference Stardate 2/1606 (June 2272).[3]
