This unnamed Klingon lieutenant served as an adjutant to Commander Kor when he was named governor of Organia during the Klingon Empire's occupation of the planet during the brief Federation-Klingon War of 2267, a conflict that ended three days later with the imposition of the Organian Peace Treaty on both the Empire and the United Federation of Planets by the Organian Council of Elders.[1]
