Bilar was a young Betan under Landru's control as part of "The Body." When a landing party from the U.S.S. Enterprise NCC-1701 arrived on Stardate 3156.2, Bilar asked if they had accommodations to rest after the Red Hour, and suggested they board at Tula's father's house. When the Red Hour began, Bilar apparently raped Tula under Landru's influence.[1]
