R.I.S. Thundermaker (SFC)
The Romulan Imperial Ship Thundermaker was a WER-type War Eagle class heavy cruiser, commissioned circa 2250 as a WE-type War Eagle class heavy cruiser. The ship was refit to WER specifications circa 2266.[1]
