One of the earliest known Human visitors to Klinzhai was Dr. Emanuel Tagore, whose notes on the Klingon Empire formed the basis for the findings of the Committee on the Klingon Estimate (a UFP study group) and the popular book, An Informal History of the Klingon Empire, co-authored by John M. Ford. Much of what we know of Klinzhai was first revealed in Tagore's works and later confirmed by other sources.[1]
