The Fesarius was the flagship of the First Federation, and was commanded in 2266 by Balok. The ship was spherical, and nearly one mile in diameter. The ship was equipped with powerful tractor beams, and a much smaller, detachable pilot vessel that retained many of the capabilities of the larger vessel.[1]
