Lazarus' ship
Lazarus and his counterpart from a so-called antimatter universe had identical ships, small pods that Lazarus claimed were capable of travel not just through space, but also through time and alternate universes. Lazarus claimed that he survived the destruction of his Earth when it came into contact with its counterpart from the antimatter universe, because he was in his ship, inspecting communications satellites. He spent years chasing his counterpart, who he blamed for the destruction of his home, seeking vengeance. After helping the alternate Lazarus to trap himself and his counterpart in a negative magnetic corridor that linked the realities, Kirk destroyed Lazarus' ship, preventing their escape and safeguarding the entire universe from devastation.[1]
