Lafayette (FASA)|''Lafayette'']]. The twin port cities of Celante and Candide had populations in excess of one million, and exported both manufactured goods and farm produce.<ref name="Maps"/> In [[2207 (FASA)|2207]], the New Paris colony was afflicted with a plague. The [[U.S.S. Enterprise NCC-1701 (FASA)|U.S.S.
