The Tarod Sector, also known as Sector 030,[1] or Sector Z-6,[2] was located in the Beta Quadrant, primarily within Romulan space, but was also divided by the Romulan Neutral Zone, with the remainder of the sector's territory held by the United Federation of Planets; the sector was home to several systems,[1] including the Romulus system, as well as several Earth Outposts.[2]
