U.S.S. Centaur[1]

The Federtation Starship Centaur, the prototype vessel of the Centaur class,[2] was commanded in 2374 by Captain Charles Reynolds when it encountered a Jem'Hadar attack ship that had been captured by Captain Benjamin Sisko and his crew on a secret mission deep inside Cardassian space. Not knowing the ship was piloted by Starfleet personnel, Reynolds engaged the ship, causing it some damage.[1]
