The Federation Starship East Anglia was a Chandley class frigate. On Reference Stardate 2/1711.22 (22 November 2217), the East Anglia engaged a wing of Klingon vessels led by the I.K.V. Bloodspiller, commanded by Captain Kuge sutai Reshtarc, which had unsuccessfully attacked Diogenes five days earlier, but the Klingons managed to escape across the Neutral Zone.[1]
