Oberth class[1]
The Federation Starship Meade, an Oberth class vessel, was commissioned in March 2344.[2]
Note
Although the "Star Trek: The Next Generation Officer's Manual" lists the Meade as a Sagan class vessel, this designation was superseded by the Oberth class name.
