The U.S.S. Moscow was a Baton Rouge class cruiser. On Reference Stardate 1/7407 (July 2231), Captain Henry Winthrop of the Moscow and Captain Luigi Pirelli of the U.S.S. Tehran, designated by Starfleet Command as Official Observers to the Verification Test of the Transporter Demonstration Project, observed the successful transport of the Moscow's science officer, Mr. Winslow, to the Tehran.[1][2]

FASA Timeline

The U.S.S. Moscow was a Baton Rouge class cruiser. On Reference Stardate 1/7407 (July 2174), Captain Henry Winthrop of the Moscow and Captain Luigi Pirelli of the U.S.S. Tehran, designated by Star Fleet Command as Official Observers to the Verification Test of the Transporter Demonstration Project, observed the successful transport of the Moscow's science officer, Mr. Winslow, to the Tehran.[1]
