A sweet, frozen dairy confection, Lieutenant Kevin Riley, while suffering from polywater intoxication, ordered double portions of ice cream be served to the crew when he barricaded himself in the U.S.S. Enterprise NCC-1701's engineering section and declared himself captain.[1]
