The Path to 2409 was a series of web site articles published on StarTrekOnline.com that detailed events in the timeline of Star Trek Online following Star Trek: Nemesis in 2379 through 2408, prior to the beginning of the game's narrative in 2409.

The Path to 2409 was reprinted in an abridged format in the tie-in novel The Needs of the Many in April 2010.
