Agmar was a devoted follower of Keniclius 5, and sought to fulfill his vision of imposing peace on the galaxy. When the U.S.S. Enterprise NCC-1701 encountered the Phylosians, Agmar provided a cure for the venom of the retlaw plant that had bitten Lt. Sulu, and served as a guide to the Enterprise landing party.[1]
