Lieutenant Durga was a Starfleet officer in the sciences division, assigned to the U.S.S. Oakland. On Stardate 57752.6, Durga was part of a team that accompanied Captain Ramsey, who took temporary command of the U.S.S. Cerritos NCC-75567 during a second contact mission with Khwopa.[1]
