Lieutenant Lewis[1] was assigned as a security officer on the U.S.S. Enterprise NCC-1701 in 2267. He was part of a landing party investigating moments of "nonexistence" on Stardate 3087.6.[2] He led a security team on Janus VI while searching for the Mother Horta on Stardate 3196.1.[1]
