The Federation Starship Sutherland, a Nebula class cruiser, while under the temporary command of Lieutenant Commander Data, took part in the blockade of Romulan aid to the House of Duras during the Klingon Civil War of 2367.[1] Named for Horatio Hornblower's flagship in the classic C.S. Forester novels.[2]
