Prime Timeline
(The root of all realities)

Theatre was a form of entertainment that involved performances by actors, typically on stage before a live audience. In 2254, Vina compared her and Captain Pike being placed in telepathically-projected, illusory scenarios as "better than a theatre" for their Talosian captors.[1] The Karidian Company of Players was a traveling theatre troupe that, until 2267, performed Shakespearean tragedies, such as Hamlet and Macbeth.[2]
