thermoconcrete

Thermoconcrete was used to build emergency shelters, and was composed primarily of silicon. When called upon to treat the Mother Horta on Janus VI on Stardate 3196.1, Dr. McCoy had 100 pounds of thermoconcrete beamed down, which he used as a bandage on the silicon-based Horta's wound.[1]
