- RSD 1/61: Star Fleet disguises a number of ships as merchant vessels in a successful ploy to draw out the Klingon Empire for another attack. Two Klingon warships fire upon the U.S.S. Phantom, disguised as a large merchant vessel, without warning while she is proceeding through Orion space.
