Romulus was the Federation name[1] for the homeworld of the Romulans.[2] The planet — one of only two in the system — orbited a small white dwarf in a binary system;[1] the other planet, Remus,[2] shared a trojan orbit around their parent star. Both planets were Class M, with a combined population in excess of 20 billion.[1]
