Moscow and Captain Luigi Pirelli of the U.S.S. Tehran, designated by Star Fleet Command as Official Observers to the Verification Test of the Transporter Demonstration Project, observed the successful transport of the Moscow's science officer, Mr. Winslow, to the Tehran.[1][2]
