- RSD 2/03: Fayel R'Zaad, a young Orion on the way up, enrolls in Star Fleet Academy. His mother was an Orion, his father a starship officer. The accidents of birth have found R'Zaad an outcast among the Orions and barely accepted by his father's people.[1]
