  • RSD 2/17: Lancelot Worthington III first hears of a Romulan anti-cloaking device.[1]
  • RSD 2/17: A second crop failure panics many of the colonists on Sheridan's World. Interracial tensions heighten, and the local administrators are forced to employ a local constabulary to keep order. These individuals are only partially effective, as they are forbidden to use drastic force.[2]

  • RSD 2/1703.27 (27 March): While on Vulcan, Commander Spock detects powerful thought emanations coming from the electrical cloud. He travels to Earth.[6][3]

  • RSD 2/1704.04 (4 April): The Enterprise intercepts the cloud. The crew discovers that the cloud is a huge vessel, the heart of which contains V'Ger, which is soon revealed to be the ancient Voyager VI probe, which was presumed lost centuries earlier. Decker and Lieutenant Ilia of Delta IV are listed as "missing in action."[6][7][5][3]
