Ensign Ellis was a Starfleet officer in the operations division. In 2380, she was involved in a transporter accident that partially merged her with Ensign Sanderson. Following their accident, they were transported aboard the U.S.S. Osler NX-75300 to "The Farm" — a facility on Endicronimas V run by Division 14 of Starfleet Medical.[1]
