The Federation Starship Fremont, a Nelson class scout, was captured by Klingon forces during the Klingon War. The Klingons refit the ship, and proceeded to use it as part of their own fleet. It was sighted in the Triangle on Reference Stardate 2/2301 (January 2286), still in Klingon service.[1]
