The Federation Starfleet's agile Ranger class was one of the most respected battlecruisers of the 23rd century. A tactical powerhouse, the Ranger was built for combat resolution. As a result, these vessels were often deployed on the front line in conflicts with the Klingons and Romulans. This ship came with a console that caused enemies to attack a decoy, instead of the ship, with a chance to disable them.[1]
