This unnamed security guard was assigned to Starbase 11 in 2267. On Stardate 2947.3, when he was tapped to serve as bailiff during the court martial of Captain James T. Kirk, who was accused of negligence and perjury in the death of Lieutenant Commander Ben Finney. Kirk was later cleared of all charges when Finney was discovered to have faked his death in order to frame the captain.[1]
