(The root of all realities)

Established following the end of the Romulan War, the Earth Outposts were constructed deep within asteroids along the newly-established Romulan Neutral Zone. In 2266, Commander Hansen[1] al-Salah[2] was the commanding officer of Outpost 4. On Stardate 1709.2, a Romulan Bird of Prey armed with a new cloaking device and plasma torpedo weapon destroyed Outposts 2, 3, and 4, leaving no survivors, before it was defeated by the U.S.S. Enterprise NCC-1701.[1]
