Crewman Green was assigned to the U.S.S. Enterprise NCC-1701 in 2266. On Stardate 1513.1, Green was part of a landing party on planet M-113. He was sent to find Nancy Crater, but was killed by the M-113 creature, which had assumed her form. The creature then assumed Green's form, and beamed aboard the Enterprise.[1]
