This unnamed lieutenant was assigned to the U.S.S. Enterprise NCC-1701 as an engineer in 2267. On Stardate 3196.1, he assisted Lieutenant Commander Scott with installing a makeshift air filtration pump during the search for the Horta on Janus VI.[1]
