U.S.S. Achilles[1]
The Federation Starship Achilles, a Miranda class vessel commanded by Captain Adam Crowe, was destroyed in orbit of Theta Kalyb on Stardate 371.6 by Chakuun forces during a skirmish between the Federation and the Tholian Alliance. Only 53 crew members survived, beamed away by the U.S.S. Enterprise NCC-1701 just before the ship was destroyed.[1]
