Roger was an engineer assigned to the U.S.S. Enterprise NCC-1701 in 2267. On Stardate 3541.9, Lieutenant Commander Scott ordered Roger to "help with the interfactor" when Nomad entered main engineering.[2]

- ↑ The actor who portrayed Roger also played multiple other background roles, including a security officer that was ordered to escort Nomad to the brig. The two parts are clearly different characters, however, as they appear in the same scene simultaneously and wear different costumes.
