- RSD 1/20: The well-preserved remains of the galaxy's oldest civilization, estimated to be 7.5 billion years old, is found on Planet 522 IV.[2][1]

- RSD 1/2008: The U.S.S. Yardley travels to Axanar and suffers several casualties among its contact party. As a result, the planet is interdicted under the Non-Interference Directive.[3]
