The Condor class was one of the most powerful dreadnoughts in the known galaxy. The Condor class was commissioned in 2282; it featured a crew complement of 600, a capacity of twelve shuttlecraft, and was equipped with six science labs, six transporters, and four tractor beam emitters. The Condor was armed with three torpedo tubes — one for Type-R plasma torpedoes and two for Type-S — as well as nine banks of Type-1 phasers. The CON-type Condor remained in service until 2298, when it was superseded by the CON+ refit, introduced in 2292. The CON+ added two Type-F plasma torpedo tubes and four banks of Type-3 phasers.
The Praetor class heavy dreadnought was a variant of the Condor class, and was introduced in 2300.[1]
