Prime Timeline
(The root of all realities)

Samuel Cogley cited the Constitution along with multiple other documents in regards to individual rights and the limitations of government in an impassioned defense of Captain James T. Kirk during court martial proceedings on Stardate 2945.7.[1] The Yangs of Omega IV possessed a copy of the Constitution, along with an American flag and a Bible that were identical to those that might have been found on Earth in the twentieth century, but were more than a thousand years old.[2]
