Tom Nellis was the first officer and navigator aboard the U.S.S. Antares NCC-501. He and Captain Ramart escorted Charlie Evans aboard the U.S.S. Enterprise NCC-1701 on Stardate 1533.6, but were uncharacteristically rushed to return to the Antares, due to their fear of the boy and his incredible abilites. Their fears were well-founded, however, when Evans later destroyed the Antares when Ramart tried to warn the Enterprise's Captain Kirk, killing all aboard.[1]
