R. Wiegand was one of nine eyewitnesses to the massacre on Tarsus IV in 2187 who could have identified Governor Kodos. Wiegand was murdered circa 2207 by Lenore Karidian, who sought to silence any who could prove that her father, Anton Karidian, was actually Kodos.[1]
