The U.S.S. Baton Rouge, the first cruiser of the Baton Rouge class, was commissioned on Reference Stardate 1/7008 (August 2170).[1][2]

UFP150 Timeline

The U.S.S. Baton Rouge, the first cruiser of the Baton Rouge class, was commissioned in 2196.[3] Prior to commanding the U.S.S. Constitution NCC-1700, Captain Kelvar Garth, aka "Garth of Izar," commanded the Baton Rouge.[3]
