FASA Timeline
The Federation Starship Genghis Khan was a Larson class destroyer commissioned on Reference Stardate 1/9603 (March 2196). The Genghis Khan was refit to the Larson class Mark II specifications on Reference Stardate 1/9910 (October 2199), giving it more powerful phasers and an additional torpedo launcher. On Reference Stardate 2/1010 (October 2210), the ship was refit again to the Mark VI configuration, and Reference Stardate 2/1602 (February 2216) saw another refit, this time to the Mark VII specifications. As of Reference Stardate 2/2306 (June 2223), the Genghis Khan was still on active service.[1]
