FASA Timeline
The Federation Starship Tecumseh was a Larson class destroyer commissioned on Reference Stardate 1/9709 (September 2197). The Tecumseh was refit to the Larson class Mark II specifications on Reference Stardate 1/9901 (January 2199), giving it more powerful phasers and an additional torpedo launcher.[1]
On Reference Stardate 2/0208 (August 2202), the U.S.S. Bolivar NCC-4411 led a small task force consisting of the U.S.S. Normandy NCC-4309, the U.S.S. Alesia NCC-4354, the U.S.S. Babur NCC-4380, and the Tecumseh into an uncontrolled area near the Romulan Neutral Zone. The task force maintained radio silence and failed to report back at its scheduled time.
