Champagne (Star Trek: Generations)

A variety of sparkling white wine that originated in the Champagne region of France on Earth. Dom Perignon was a well-known type of champagne, and a bottle, vintage 2265, was used for the launching of the U.S.S. Enterprise NCC-1701-B in 2294.[1]
