Prime Timeline
(The root of all realities)

Narcotics were highly addictive substances. Vina once compared the Talosians' use of their telepathic abilities as a narcotic, as they neglected to maintain the machinery that supported their people in favor of reliving events from the thought records.[1] On Stardate 1330.1, Harcourt Fenton Mudd was arrested on multiple charges, including the trafficking of the narcotic Venus drug.[2]
