- RSD 1/1405: According to an official Starfleet spokesman, Operation Golden Pheasant has been completed. Two completely different prototype cruisers, the U.S.S. Goliath and the U.S.S. Juggernaut, have been completed, and will begin preliminary testing and shakedown.[1]
