According to Ensign Barnes, talking to women was Lieutenant Commander Andy Billups' "final frontier." On Stardate 57436.2, Billups oversaw the installation of a subspace comm array on Galar to allow the Galardonians to remain in contact with the United Federation of Planets.[1]
