T'Pau was a famous and influential Vulcan, notable for being the only person to have declined a seat on the Federation Council as of 2267. Described as "all of Vulcan in one package," T'Pau officiated the koon-ut-kal-if-fee ceremony of Spock and T'Pring on Stardate 3372.7.[1]
