Titan, one of Saturn's moons, was a full member of the United Federation of Planets, and was home to a population of 110 million Humans. By Reference Stardate 2/2306 (June 2223), Titan's shipyards produced an average of 40 escorts, 13 personnel transports, and 47 warp shuttles and courier ships.[1]
