The Federation Starship Khartoum was a Larson class destroyer commissioned on Reference Stardate 1/9708 (August 2255). The Khartoum was refit to the Larson class Mark II specifications on Reference Stardate 2/0009 (September 2258), giving it more powerful phasers and an additional torpedo launcher. On Reference Stardate 2/1003 (March 2268), the ship was refit again to the Mark VI configuration. As of Reference Stardate 2/2306 (June 2286), the Khartoum was still on active service.[1]
FASA Timeline

On Reference Stardate 2/1003 (March 2210), the ship was refit again to the Mark VI configuration. As of Reference Stardate 2/2306 (June 2223), the Khartoum was still on active service.[1]
